I know how hard life can be with everything going on in our lives, with everything that we face on a daily basis.
So, I decided to make myself a present to help lift my spirits to help me stay focused on the positive and especially to remind me of my own self-worth on those harder days that always come.
You’ve maybe been there? You know, the self-doubt that often creeps in and starts to remind yourself of why you are NOT worthy of achieving success and happiness. How other people matter more than you. Sound familiar at all?
Trust me, I’ve been there. Honestly, even the most successful people in the world, deal with self-doubting. The difference is they also know how to use special tools, like mediation, vision boards, journaling, hanging out with positive friends, etc.
So that’s what I did. I created a mind movie (movie vision board) to help keep my spirits high. To remind me on a daily basis that I do matter. That I am successful. I am loved. I make a positive difference.
I turned out so wonderful! I just LOVE it! It makes me feel so inspired, loved, appreciated, hopeful and reminds me that I am strong and resilient. That I can handle any obstacle that comes my way, no matter what!
As I was previewing it, I was hit with an inspiration. I can’t possibly be the only person going through hard times right now. You are probably having moments of doubt and fear too. Am I right?
